Chest Drainage

Thora-Cath® Chest Drainage Catheters

Thora-Cath® relieves the accumulation of air or blood in the neonatal pleural space resulting from pneumothorax or hemothorax. The silicone catheter is nonreactive to body tissues, permitting faster healing and reducing patient morbidity, and resists clotting and encrustation. The soft tip and catheter body is designed to minimize potential damage to the pleural wall and lungs.
